With both owners having undergone extensive schooling in the renovation trade, our company is well-versed in modern building practices and design. With practical knowledge comes many years of experience from framing to finishing and everything in between, Facelift Carpentry Inc. is ready to take on the job.

  • We primarily operate out of the Greater Toronto Area. However we will travel outside of the GTA when it is suitable for our scheduling.

  • We are able to offer design based consults upon request. We always like to begin our projects with a detailed scope of work as to have a shared understanding of expectations for both us and the clients. In this we share layouts, reference photos and detailed descriptions. Although almost all of our projects are custom designed by us using our curated taste and industry experience, we are not traditionally trained interior designers/decorators. Should you require more assistance outside of our range of knowledge we are happy to refer you to those who can further achieve your vision and share that with us.

  • You can contact us via email leaving as many details about your desired project as possible so we can best assist you. As we are a small team we ask that you allow 2-5 business days to pass for a response. Know that we prioritize our clients of past, present and future and do our best to keep our lines of communication open. Drop us a line for urgent inquiries!

  • We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

  • All clients will be given a payment schedule upon a signed contract agreement between Facelift Carpentry Inc. and themselves. We require a booking deposit to hold your start date that is non refundable upon cancellation on the clients end. This is for the security of both us and them. The 10% deposit is deducted from the final project total. After that, payment must be made in three installments of 30% of the total with dates detailed in the contract. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or e-transfer. We ask that all of our clients check their bank limits before the project start to insure they are able to make the payments as scheduled.

  • We prioritize communication with our clients every step of the way. We usually schedule a few months in advance for larger projects but are able to assist with smaller projects with less advance notice. All clients are scheduled with a defined start date and end date. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the predicted time, we will reach out to get a new completion date. We know how stressful renovations can be, that's why prioritizing efficient scheduling is so important to us!
